Obituary for Elena M. McOsker
Elena M. McOsker, 71, passed away peacefully Friday at the Briarcliffe Manor in Johnston.  She was the wife of the late David J. McOsker, Esq. for 45 years.
 
 
 
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Amedeo Anthony and Margherita (Siravo) Susi.  She has been a Newport resident for 25 years, previously living on the East Side of Providence where she was born and graduated from Hope High School in 1962 and St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing in 1965.
 
 
 
Elena was extremely passionate and loved fashion, music, traveling, gardening, and family.  She leaves two sons, Matthew McOsker and his wife Faith Hubbard of Baltimore, MD and Mark McOsker of Newport, and two grandchildren Sloan and Finn.
 
 
A committal service will be held Thursday at 1pm in the Chapel of St Columba Cemetery, Browns Lane Middletown.  Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s  Association,  245 Waterman St. #206, Providence, RI 02906.
