We offer many different levels of service to ensure that our families that wish the ecco-friendly form of final disposition needs are meet. All products and services we offer for Green Burials are within the guidelines of the Green Burial Council.
All of the packages listed below include getting the death certificate signed by the doctor or hospital, filing it in the city or town where the person passed away and obtaining certified copies of the certificate for them. We help with preparation and placement of obituaries in newspaper on behalf of the families. We also notify Social Security and/or the Veteran’s Administration of the death.

Direct Graveside Green Burial $2,645.00
Transfer of remains to funeral home from place of death. basic use of facilities and staff, care and shelter of remains for up to 72 hours with refrigeration. Dressing and casketing and transfer to the cemetery in service vehicle. Graveside service at Swan Point
Private un-embalmed family viewing in our facility $225.00
Basic Green Burial $3,495.00
Transfer of remains to funeral home from place of death. Basic use of staff and facilities, dressing, casketing and preparing the un-embalmed deceased for visitation and or funeral service without public viewing. Use of facilities for up to 3 hours of visitation. Hearse to the cemetery. Also includes guest book and prayer cards if requested.
Private un-embalmed family viewing in our facility $225.00
Value Green Burial $4,250.00
Transfer of remains to funeral home from place of death. Basic use of staff and facilities. Preparation of the body with natural embalming fluids for public viewing. Dressing and casketing for wake. Use of facilities for up to 3 hours for public visitation. Service in the funeral home or transfer to a local church or chapel with hearse, followed by graveside burial at Swan Point Cemetery. Also includes guest book and prayer cards if requested.
Wakes in the Home
We understand that the individual needs of the family are very different. To that end, we offer home wakes when possible. If the family chooses the Value Package listed above, we will arrange for the transportation of the deceased to the home, placing the casket in the home and returning to the hearse after the wake with family pall bearers.
The cost of a wake in the home is based on the individual circumstances and will be quoted at the time after a home visit by one of the funeral directors.
Green Cremation with Graveside $3,155.00
For those that wish cremation, the crematories at Swan Point Cemetery are the most modern in the state and are monitored on a regular basics. While it does use natural gas, it has a relatively small carbon footprint. This package includes transfer from place of death, all paperwork secured from Medical Examiner for cremation, transfer to crematory and the fee for cremation. An approved bio-degradable urn in included. Staff for graveside committal service. Cremation fee of $355.00 is included
