East Providence:  Christine E. Barber,  56, of Goldsmith Ave. died Tuesday at the Memorial Hospital in Pawtucket. She was the daughter of the late Howard and Frances (Clements) Barber. She leaves her siblings; Constance and Clinton Barber, Claudia Ashworth and Catie Fuller. Funeral services will be private. Donations in her memory may be made to Meeting St. School, 1000 Eddy St., Providence, R.I. 02905.
