Kathryn Wechseler, 54, of Newman Rd. died Thursday unexpectedly at home. She was the wife of Serge Wechseler.
Born in Providence, a daughter of Mary F. Neilan Kelleher and the late Honorable Thomas F. Kelleher. She was a graduate of Brown University, class of 80. She was a Senior Compensation Analyst for various organizations, most recently Lifespan.
Besides her husband and mother, she was the loving step mother to Christopher B. Wechseler of San Francisco, sister of John F. Kelleher of N. Attleboro, James N. Kelleher of Barrington and Ann Ackerman of Barrington, aunt of Matthew, Michael, Thomas, Jack Kelleher and Grace Ackerman. She leaves her best friend, Buddy.
The funeral will be held Monday, DEC. 31st at 9:30 from the Monahan, Drabble & Sherman Funeral Home 230 Waterman Street Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial in St Luke’s Church, Washington Road, Barrington at 11am. Calling hours Today 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Jenny’s Hope Rescue 145 Bryan Lake, MT. Kisco, NY 10549.
