Obituary for Saheed Stanfield
Saheed Stanfield was born to Saheed Ashorobi ("Oris") and Barbara Stanfield, in Providence, Rhode Island on December 30, 1990. He departed this life on March 29, 2021. Saheed received his high school education from Mount Pleasant High School. He loved basketball and wrestling as a younger child, and would collect wrestling belts. He loved music and writing songs. He adored his only child, a son Saheed and remained close to his father Oris all of his life. Saheed leaves to cherish his memories mother Barbara Stanfield, father Saheed Ashorobi, son Saheed Pires, brother Jimmy Stanfield, brother Hussien Ashorobi, sisters Kemi & Kristen Robinson; and sister Saidatu Ashorobi, his loving aunt Michelle Stanfield Kennedy, and a host of family and friends.
Due to current covid conditions a walk thru viewing will be held Friday, April 2nd from 9 to 10am in the Monahan Drabble Sherman Funeral Home, 230 Waterman St., Providence.
