In loving memory of Susan Marie Cook Beaudoin, who passed away suddenly on
December 3, 2025.
Sue is the daughter of David and Alma Cook, one of five children, she is survived by
her husband Kenneth W. Beaudoin of South Kingstown RI, three siblings and nine
nieces and nephews, who she has always loved and cared for.
She grew up in Ware, MA. was a graduate of Ware High School and received a
bachelor's degree from UMass Amherst. She worked in the mental health field at the
Providence Center and continued as a caregiver to the disabled and elderly until her
sudden passing.
Sue was a spiritual person, she studied Buddhism, and became a Reiki master which
brought her much peace in her life. Sue loved nature, all life was sacred to her
including the rabbits, chipmunks, and birds she regularly fed. She will be missed dearly
by her cats, Jasper and Dexter but is now with her beloved Abby and Thor.
In keeping with her lifelong desire to help others and to further research and
education, she made the decision to donate her body to The Warren Alpert Medical
School of Brown University.
Sue believed death is not an end but a transition. It will take a long time to learn to
live without her, but we will remember her and smile for all the love she gave us.
“May she be free of suffering.
May her journey be peaceful.
May loving and kindness surround her,
and may wisdom guide her onward.”
