Obituary for Stephen W. Dresner
Stephen W. Dresner, 86, of Paris Street passed away Wednesday at Miriam Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Merle (Taylor) Dresner. Born in Pawtucket, the son of Raymond and Anna (Walker) Dresner.
Stephen was an avid reader. He was a graduate of Dean Academy, URI and received his masters from RIC. He was a history and science teacher for the middle schools in North Providence. He was a communicant of St Raymond’s Church.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10 am in St Raymond’s Church, North Main St. Providence to which relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be in St Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket
