Rose Solakian, 89, formerly of Benefit St. Providence died Thursday at Tockwotton on the Waterfront. Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late Melkon and Mary (Michaelian) Solakian. She was a Providence resident most of her life
Rose worked as a bookkeeper for many years. She was a member of the First Unitarian Church of Providence.
She leaves 2 sisters: Alice Giannoccolo of Tiburon, CA. and Agnes Calise of Sea Cliff, NY., a niece Rina Accolla and her husband Greg and their daughter Carly of Sea Cliff.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 3pm in the North Burial Ground, Branch Ave. Providence.
