Obituary for Patricia "Pat" Ann Wilson
Patricia Ann "Pat" Wilson, 76, of East Providence and formerly of Troy, Michigan passed away suddenly of a brief illness on Monday August 7, 2017. Born in Pittsburgh, PA the daughter of the late Frank S. Slogan and Eleanor C. Haas. Patricia was a graduate of St. Catherine’s Grade School, St. Mary of the Mount High School and Carlow College, Pittsburgh, PA. She retired from Kmart World Headquarters in Troy, Michigan as a Computer Analyst. Pat was an accomplished seamstress and placed in the Miss Singer Sewing Competition in 1958. She is survived by her husband of 56 years William Michael Wilson, her son William Michael Wilson, Jr. (Randy Stowell) of Providence, RI, her daughters Holly Ellen Wilson of Lynchburg, VA (Linda Landry Wilson), Amy Kathleen Wilson of Highland, MI. Five Grandchildren; Parker, Amanda, Liam, Elizabeth and Katherine. Pat was a communicant of St. Sebastian’s Church.

The funeral will be held Friday at 9am from the Monahan Drabble Sherman Funeral Home 230 Waterman St., Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sebastian Church, Cole Ave., Providence at 10am. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday from 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers please send donations to: Sisters of St. Joseph, 1020 West State Street, Baden, PA 15005, in honor of her beloved Aunt, Sr. Eleanor and her childhood friend, Sister Pat Phillips.
