Michael F. Perry, 65, of Fall River, Massachusetts, entered into eternal rest peacefully on July 5, 2025, with his daughter by his side.
Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, where Michael resided for most of his life. Michael was a former employee of Yates Rubber and served in the US Army. Over the years, he enjoyed the company of his golden retrievers, Lazlo, Nana and Bella.
Michael is survived by his only daughter Stephanie Phillips and husband John of Tiverton RI, two grand-daughters Autumn-Rose Phillips and Amber-Skye Phillips, brother William Perry and wife Christine of The Villages, Florida, brother Donald Perry and wife Linda of Westport, Massachusetts, sister Deborah Fay and husband John of Somerset, Massachusetts and sister Catherine Bergeron and husband Michael of Tiverton RI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents William H. Perry and Constance (Augustinho) Perry.
Michael’s choices in life left heartache amongst many and he lost many valuable relationships along the way.
When he was doing well, he was kind, funny, a loving son, caring brother and a present father and grandfather.
He took pride in his daughter’s accomplishments obtaining her college degrees, becoming successful and raising two beautiful children. He enjoyed the long companionships of his dogs, taking them for walks to the park, car rides to Fogland beach and ice cream at Grays.
His daughter would like to extend her gratitude and thanks to the Brockton VA Medical Center for Michael’s continued care over the years and the Nurses and Doctors of Atwood 2 Charlton Memorial Hospital for the level of care they provided in Michael's final days as well as his two good friends, Olga and Rome who never judged Michael and always looked past his faults to see him for the person he was.
