Haas, Linda L. Hass, 68 died Friday at home in Providence. She leaves her Civil Union Partner of 22 years Kathy Moore.
Born in Bellevue, OH a daughter of the late Carl and Louise (Romig) Haas, she has lived in Providence for 30 years.
Linda was the Chief Financial Officer of Cutler Associates in Worcester, MA. A long time Certified Public Accountant, she was a 1968 graduate of Ohio University.
Linda had a great love for the ocean and exploring the natural world. She will be remembered most for her humanitarian spirit and generosity to others.
Besides her partner she leaves many dear friends and cousins. She the sister of the late Steve and Ed Haas.
A Celebration of her life will be held Saturday December 15th at Noon in Central Congregational Church, 296 Angell St., Providence. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Central Congregational Church or the R.I. Community Food Bank, Niantic Ave., Providence, R.I. 02907.Â
