Obituary for Julia Colleen Sellick
Julia Colleen (Martingano) Sellick , 57, passed away February 7th peacefully into heaven after a long hard courageous battle with brain cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family who will miss her dearly on this earth but know they will see her again in heaven.
Colleen was predeceased by her mother Janice Martingano. She leaves behind her father Robert Martingano, her brother Scott Martingano and his wife Vanessa, her sister Cindi Martingano and her fiancé Chris Bush, her sister Michele Urso and her husband Richard, her sister Brenda Kniska and her husband Edward and her brother Michael Martingano and his fiancé Kristen O’Shaughnessy.
She also leaves behind 11 nieces and nephews, 1 great niece and 1 great nephew with whom she thought of as her own. As well as many, many friends and will be sorely missed by all.
She leaves behind her furry friend Dolce and was predeceased by her beloved furry friend Dohee.
A memorial service will be held on February 22, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Central Baptist Church 16 Elm Street, Westerly RI.
The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at the Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center at Harford Hospital, the VNA of Backus Hospital, Hospice Care of Rhode Island and Chairess Stokely of Taftville Connecticut. Her family will be forever grateful for the loving and compassionate health care that colleen received.
