Obituary for Jay A. Plant
Jay A Plant, 56, of Lincoln, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 at Miriam Hospital, surrounded by his family. Jay enjoyed music, fishing and spending time with his Granddaughters, Ava and Adley. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, fun loving personality and a smile that would light up the room. Jay is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, stepdaughter Nikki and her husband John. Jay is also survived by his mother, Claire, sister Cindy and husband Thomas, sister Lisa, and brothers Jeffrey and wife Sue, Greg and wife Jayne and Corey and wife Jenny. Those who knew Jay know he hated being fussed over and would rather give than receive. Keeping with Jay's giving spirit, his remains will be donated to The Warren Alpert Medical School in lieu of a funeral.
