Obituary for Geneveive Herveiux
Genevieve Hervieux, 85, formally of York Ave, passed away peacefully on Sunday at Epoch on Blackstone Blvd. She was the wife of the late Alfred E. Hervieux, Sr.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Frank and Virginia (Medeiros) Morris. She was a Pawtucket resident most of her life and was living at the Rumford Towers for the last six years. She was a lifelong communicant of St Teresa’s Church. She was a devoted mother and longtime caregiver for her husband Alfred.
She leaves a son, Alfred E. Hervieux, Jr. and his wife Jean Anne of Pawtucket, a daughter, Mary Partridge and her husband, James, of Rumford, a granddaughter, Janelle Hervieux of Pawtucket, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph & Frank Morris.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45am from the Monahan, Drabble & Sherman Funeral Home 230 Waterman Street Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St Teresa’s Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
