Obituary for Constance M. Wise
Constance M. Wise, 84, of Camp St. Providence, died Saturday at the Philip Hulitar Hospice in Providence. She was the wife of the late Jewell Wise. Born in Providence a daughter of the late William and Molly (Wordlaw) Shelly, she was a Providence resident most of her life.
She was a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist  for Blue Cross where she worked for over 30 years before retiring in 1996.
She was a long time communicant of Holy Name Church.
She leaves 2 sons: Parris Wise (Mary) and Peyton Wise (Julie) both of Providence 2 grandchildren Savaughnna and Justin Wise and 2 great grandchildren Aniyah and Illijah Gomes.
The funeral will be held Friday at 8:30am from the Monahan Drabble Sherman Funeral Home 230 Waterman St. Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 in Holy Name Church, Camp St.. Calling hours are omitted. Burial will be in the R.I. Veterans Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to Holy Name Church.
