Kay to most, she was a loving wife, mother, nana, aunt, godmother and friend. She is loved and missed by daughter Nanci, son Robert and his wife Mary, grandchildren Michael, Colin, Allison, and Vanessa and her husband George, sisters-in-law Florence and Kay, and many nieces and nephews.
In her early years, Kay enjoyed working at the Hope Webbing factory and was grateful for the lifelong friendships that resulted. But Kay's true calling was to be of service to others, filling needs that may seem small unless they were out of reach: rides to the market or a doctor, hair styling, house cleaning or simply a visit to brighten someone's day. The ways Kay will be missed are innumerable because the ways in which she gave were limitless.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, July 31st at 10AM at St. Margaret Church, 1098 Pawtucket Avenue in Rumford, where Kay was a communicant, to which
relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be in Mt. St Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 964 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860.
