Obituary for Jean F. Osmanski
Jean F. Osmanski, 63, died Tuesday at the Hope Hospice in Providence after a long battle with cancer. She leaves her companion Steven Hart of Warwick, her brother Rob Osmanski of Providence and many cherished cousins and friends.
Jean was a registered nurse for 41 years working the last two at St Joseph Rehabilitation Hospital in North Providence.
Her interests were in the arts. She attended RISD for 4 ½ years studying Interior and Jewelry design. She lived for a time in Ireland and loved traveling to Europe.
Friends are invited to call at the Monahan Drabble Sherman Funeral Home on Monday beginning at 6pm with a service of remembrance at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Miriam Hospital Foundation (Memo: Cancer Fund) PO Box H., Providence, RI 02901-9979.
